Shipping policy

 

Once an order has been placed, processing takes approximately 5-7 business days.

 

Regular Orders : take 5-7 days to arrive after processing. If the item is sold out at time of purchase, McClam Accessories will contact you about your order taking a few days longer.

Custom Orders : take 4 weeks after processing. The tracking number will be updated on the site and you will receive an email. CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING. EXPRESS SHIPPING DOES NOT AND WILL NOT SHORTEN THE 4 WEEK PROCESS.

Wholesale Orders : Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed once placed. Each wholesale package is made in the order they are received. Estimated shipping times is 5-7 business days after processing.

 

There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges on custom items or wholesale orders, no exceptions.
